Our lead time is generally 2-3 weeks for processing all orders.
Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery after shipping.
Some items are backordered. These items could take 10+ weeks to get back in stock before we can get them processed and shipped.
COVID delays - shipping providers are experiencing delays, namely the USPS. Some USPS deliveries are taking as much as 4 weeks from the shipping date. We cannot reship items that are in transit unless it has been more than 4 weeks from the shipping date. We appreciate your patience.

Hardcore Hammers provides its customers with the best products possible. We will gladly accept returns given the following conditions:
Notify us in advance when you want to make a return or an exchange. Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will only accept back new, unused, unmarked merchandise with original stickers intact.
A refund of the amount paid for the item(s) will be made upon receipt of the returned items. We regret that shipping charges are final and non-refundable.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ship items to be returned. All shipping charges are borne by the buyer.
Lifetime warranty on steel heads against manufacturer's defects, such as cracks or breaks, not including misuse, abuse and normal wear and tear. Tool will need to be returned to us for verification along with proof of purchase. 30 day warranty on wood handles, with proof of purchase and photos of broken/damaged handle to rule out misuse, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear from use.
